1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS
The one bedroom air-conditioned apartments are self contained for all your holiday accommodation needs. A large balcony in every apartment gives spectacular views while adding real living and entertaining space to your apartment. Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, B.B.Q’s, Sauna,Tennis Court.
Bedding configuration consists of 1 x Queen bed.
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $30.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 1 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS
The 2 bedroom apartments are fully self contained, with ensuite. These spacious apartments are complete with spacious living area, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge, washer, dryer, ironing facilities and are situated close to the Gold Coast theme parks.
The large private balcony in every apartment gives spectacular views while adding real living and entertaining space to your apartment.

Our 2-Level Villas offer the perfect combination of space, privacy, and comfort, making them an ideal choice for families or groups visiting the Gold Coast. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a rollaway bed, these villas provide separate living and sleeping areas, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. After a day of exploring, unwind in your private balcony, taking in the fresh coastal air
Bedding configuration options include either 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x Twin Beds, or 2 x Queen Beds, subject to availability. Please contact us at the time of booking to request your preferred bedding configuration. Requests cannot be guaranteed if not arranged prior to arrival, and arriving expecting a specific configuration may not be possible.
Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional adults are charged at $30.00 per person, per night, and additional children at $30.00 per child, per night. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests in total, with no more than 5 adults or 3 children permitted.

Offer the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and convenience, making them an excellent choice for families and groups visiting the Gold Coast. Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests with the option of a rollaway bed, these self-contained villas feature generous living spaces and separate sleeping zones, providing everyone with room to relax.
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and full-size refrigerator. Two large private balconies overlooking the property's full-size tennis court—the perfect place to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
Bedding configuration consists of 3 x Queen Beds, comfortably accommodating up to six adults. Each villa also features 2 full bathrooms, an additional powder room, air conditioning throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, secure undercover parking, and an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities for added convenience.
Rates are based on 6 guests. A seventh guest may be accommodated on a rollaway bed for an additional $30.00 per person, per night. The villa accommodates a maximum of 7 guests, with no more than 6 adults permitted.
Please note: Blue Water Bay Villas is a 3-storey walk-up property with no lift access. As each villa is individually owned, furnishings, décor and some facilities may vary between villas.
